  • We’ll handle donation drop-offs (1 carload per session, space permitting) and can suggest resale or disposal options for other items. We respect your decisions and won’t pressure you to let go of anything you're unsure about.

  • No, but we’ll recommend what’s needed and shop for you as part of your package. We bring label makers, tools, and a few essentials. For bins or other storage products, we’ll recommend items that fit your space, aesthetic, and budget and reuse when possible.

  • Yes! If you're comfortable, we can organize independently or with light check-ins. Many clients love returning to a fully transformed space. If you are not present for a session, please be available via text for any questions that may arise.

  • Yes! Many clients schedule quarterly or seasonal refreshes to keep systems running smoothly. Ask us about our Refresher Sessions for returning clients.

  • Yes, we primarily serve North County San Diego, including Encinitas, Carlsbad, Solana Beach, and surrounding areas. If you’re outside this area, reach out, and we’ll see what’s possible.

  • Most organizing sessions last 3–6 hours. We’ll provide a clear plan based on the space's size and complexity.
