We offer a free 30 minute consultation over the phone. This will give us the opportunity to discuss your lifestyle needs and identify the most suitable membership or package of hours to get you started.
We have a number of different packages and membership options available. Our Membership rates offer a number of additional perks such as, lower hourly rates, no additional fees for last minute requests, and the ability to have the cost of purchases added to monthly invoicing.
Our membership packages range from 6 to 20 hours a month, have a 4 month minimum term and are billed monthly.
We also offer packages of hours that range from 5 to 20 hours, that can be used within 6 months.
Another popular option are our Specialized Packages. These include our Home Waiting Service, Movers Package, House Sitting Service and Senior Care Packages. Once you have your initial consultation, we can see which of these may be the right fit for you.
Our A La Carte pricing is available for those last minute or one off tasks. There is a 1 hour minimum service time.
All packages are billed for in advance of service, except for our A La Carte pricing, which is billed upon completion of the work. Memberships are billed monthly. All of our packages and memberships have a minimum 1 hour service time, with increments billed every 15 minutes. Virtual Assistant services have a 15 minute minimum service time.
We log the time taken to complete all tasks and keep you updated on a weekly basis. If you exceed your number of hours purchased, any subsequent hours would be billed at the hourly rate for your package or membership option.
We accept credit cards, cash, checks or PayPal.
Any purchases are the client’s responsibility and can either be billed to the clients account if they have a membership or settled upon delivery. Additional mileage costs may be incurred if a service requires travel over 10 miles.
Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm. We do everything we can to fulfill our clients requests within this time, but we understand that exceptions and emergencies can happen. Out of hour, holiday or weekend requests will incur an additional fee.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
