What is a Personal Concierge?

A Personal Concierge is a Personal Assistant that can provide you with reliable and efficient assistance to help you balance the demands of your busy work or home life and keep everything running smoothly. They can assist with those every day errands, projects, and tasks to help you stay organized and free up quality time for you to spend doing what brings you joy or success!

How does this work?

You can give us a call or send us an email via our Contact page and we will get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your personal or professional goals. We offer a free 30 minute consultation over the phone. This will give us the opportunity to discuss your lifestyle needs or organizing goals, and identify the most suitable membership or package of hours to get you started.

How much do your services cost?

We have a number of different packages and membership options available. Our Membership rates offer additional perks such as, lower hourly rates, priority scheduling, and no mileage fees.

Our membership packages range from 4 to 20 hours a month, have a 4 month minimum term and are billed monthly.

We also offer packages of hours that range from 5 to 30 hours, that can be used within 6 months.

Once you have your initial consultation, we can see which of these may be the right fit for you.

Memberships start at $220 a month and packages start at $325. Our A La Carte pricing is available for those last minute or one off tasks. There is a 2 hour minimum service time.

How does billing of services work?

All packages are billed for in advance of service. Memberships are billed monthly. Rates are based on a 2 hour minimum for all work outside the home office (3 hour minimum for organizing services). Any time above and beyond or admin time will be billed in 30 minute increments.

We log the time taken to complete all tasks and keep you updated on a weekly basis. If you exceed your number of hours purchased, any subsequent hours would be billed at the hourly rate for your package or membership option.

Other than hours of service, are there any other charges I might be billed for?

Any purchases are the client’s responsibility and can either be billed to the clients account if they have a membership or settled upon delivery.

What are your hours?

Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm. We do everything we can to fulfill our clients requests within this time, but we understand that exceptions and emergencies can happen. Out of hour, holiday or weekend requests will incur an additional fee.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
